Job Description:

  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, including Low Voltage, Extra Low Voltage, Power Supply, and generator sets.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical breakdowns efficiently.
  • Ensure proper operation of electrical and mechanical systems such as lighting, air-conditioning, water supply, and fire protection.
  • Maintain safety and functionality of all M&E rooms and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum Wireman PW4.
  • At least 3 years' experience in facility or maintenance management (commercial building, plant, or factory).
  • Strong knowledge of building services for residential or commercial properties.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
