Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire Chief located in Sibu. The Fire Chief will be responsible for leading and managing fire prevention, fire service, emergency services, emergency management, and fire investigation activities. Daily tasks will include overseeing fire safety measures, coordinating emergency response efforts, conducting fire investigations, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations. The role also involves training and developing fire service personnel to maintain high standards of fire safety and emergency response.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Fire Prevention
• Experience in Fire Service and Emergency Services
• Knowledgeable in Emergency Management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Sibu
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a fire chief or similar leadership role in the fire service is a plus
