Design & Branding


• Develop creative designs for product packaging and labels (cooking oil, margarine, shortening, soft oils)


• Develop creative designs for product packaging and labels for dairy and food products (UHT packs, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Evaporated Milk, Milk Powder)


• Design labels, cartons, tins, sachets, and bulk packaging for local and export markets


• Maintain and enhance brand identity guidelines across multiple brands and subsidiaries


• Prepare print-ready artworks for mass production and export


• Handle private-label (OEM) packaging designs according to client specifications


• Ensure packaging complies with food labelling regulations and brand guidelines

Marketing & Communication Materials


• Create marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, catalogues, POS materials, and presentations


• Assist in corporate materials such as company profiles


• Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, including banners, posters, digital ads, promotional images, infographics and social media visuals, e-commerce platforms and booth design for trade show exhibitions

Collaboration & Execution


• Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and regulatory teams


• Coordinate with printers, packaging suppliers, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and print quality


• Prepare print-ready artworks and ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements (e.g. food labelling standards)


• Support ad-hoc design requests across group companies


• Collaborate closely with the marketing and public relations teams to ensure that all creative materials are seamlessly aligned with overarching communication strategies, with a particular focus on events, marketing promotions and brands campaign.
