We're looking for a Creative Administrator to support both daily operations and creative communications. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys blending structure with creativity – helping shape how we present our brand, engage with customers, and manage behind-the-scenes content and coordination.

If you have a creative mindset, are open to digital tools, and enjoy working both independently and in a team, we'd like to meet you.

Your Role

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and website
  • Schedule meetings, reviews, and internal appointments
  • Prepare invoices, reports, and simple financial documents
  • Manage and organise images, videos, and project guidelines used in our marketing
  • Respond to online feedback and reviews related to our promotional materials
  • Create simple marketing visuals using Canva, AI design tools, or similar platforms
  • Help manage and update website content, like uploading images or product updates
  • Support social media activities, including posting and monitoring responses
  • Ensure all content follows the company's brand standards

What We're Looking For

  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • A creative thinker with an eye for detail
  • Someone open to digitalisation, willing to learn and use tools like Canva, AI platforms, and website systems (no coding required)
  • Comfortable with basic social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, Shopee, etc)
  • Agile mindset: ready to adapt and solve problems
  • Able to work independently while supporting the wider team
  • Curious, proactive, and hands-on in daily work

Min. Requirement:

Good English and Bahasa written/ speaking

Diploma / Degree holder with relevant experience or skills

Creative thinking

IOT savvy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
