SMT Supervisor

Job Summary:

Assist superiors in managing the production operations of the SMT, ensure production quality, improve production yield, and enhance production efficiency; conduct new employee induction training and job assessment; maintain 6S at the production site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete work tasks on time and with guaranteed quality and quantity according to the production plan;
• Responsible for the material control of the production line and the closing and clearing of production orders;
• Responsible for improving production efficiency and quality;
• Responsible for new employee induction training and job assessment;
• Responsible for handling abnormal production during the shift, and communicating and coordinating with personnel of the same level in various departments;
• Maintenance of 6S at the work site.

Qualifications (Education & Experience):

• SPM or above
• Proficient in identifying electronic components and familiar with SMT production process;
• Master SMT efficiency, quality, work orders, on-site 6S, and personnel management
• Addition experience to operate Koh Young and placement machines or other SMT production equipment;
• Able to communicate with various departments and have strong execution ability
• Able to operate word, excel system.
