Multimedia Creative Creator

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to develop engaging and high-quality content that resonates with parents and caregivers in Malaysia. You will be responsible for creating visual and written content for social media, product marketing, and brand storytelling across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more).

Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Content Creation

• Develop creative and relatable content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Plan and produce short videos (e.g., parenting tips, baby product demos, unboxings).
• Capture and edit photos of products, customer moments, and behind-the-scenes content.

2. Product & Brand Content

• Create content for product launches, promotions, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, website).
• Write product descriptions, blog posts, captions, and email content in line with brand tone.
• Work with marketing team on seasonal campaigns (Raya, Merdeka, 11.11, etc.).

3. Influencer & Community Engagement

• Collaborate with parenting influencers and mom communities for content partnerships.
• Feature customer testimonials and user-generated content.
• Monitor and respond to social media comments or DMs in a brand-friendly tone.

4. Trend Monitoring & Strategy

• Stay up to date with content trends, especially in the parenting and baby care space.
• Suggest content ideas that align with current trends (e.g., TikTok challenges, Reels formats).
• Track content performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares) and adjust strategy accordingly.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, Design, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Proficient in content tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Ilustrater.
• Strong photography and video editing skills (mobile content-friendly).
• Excellent writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus).
• Passion for baby care, parenting, or children's products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
