Role Description

The Yes Ambassador will serve as the face of YTL Communications, promoting products and services to customers and representing the company positively. Responsibilities include engaging with customers in dynamic retail or promotional environments, addressing inquiries, explaining product features and benefits, and achieving sales targets. The Yes Ambassador will ensure exceptional customer experiences through professional and courteous interactions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Klang Valley area.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with customers.
• Sales and product presentation skills with the ability to explain features, benefits, and technical information clearly.
• Customer service experience and problem-solving ability to address customer needs and concerns professionally.
• Adaptability, teamwork, and enthusiasm for promoting technology and telecommunications services.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is beneficial. Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Relevant experience in sales, retail, or promotional roles is a plus but not required.
