  • We are looking for a motivated and passionate Tech Advisor / Sales Executive to join our team. If you have a basic understanding of IT products and a passion for technology, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and income. You will be part of a team specializing in selling laptops and DIY desktop products at Plaza Low Yat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable IT products.
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on IT products and trends to enhance product knowledge and sales expertise.
  • Utilize social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and XiaoHongShu (XHS) to promote products and reach a broader audience.
  • Create and host live streams or short videos to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's growth.

Benefits and Earning Potential:

  • Base salary with commission.
  • Top performers have achieved a monthly income of up to RM 4,000 or more, including commissions.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of IT products (laptops, desktops, and related accessories).
  • Passion for technology and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, XHS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and tools.
