Storekeeper Supervisor

About Us:

Giselle Home Appliances is a trusted brand specializing in small home appliances such as rice cookers and coffee machines. As we expand, we are looking for an experienced Storekeeper Supervisor with expertise in managing large-scale warehouse operations to enhance our inventory and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Implement and maintain effective inventory management procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, assigning tasks and providing training when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Monitor stock turnover and storage space utilization, suggesting improvements.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to meet inventory needs.
• Address and resolve discrepancies or issues related to inventory management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale warehouses (3+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in modern warehouse management systems and tools.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• [Optional] Forklift operation certification is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
