Creative Designer Main Job Requirement:

  1. Develop fresh and engaging design concept ideas aligned to campaign objectives and brand identity. (to draft the layout plan, flow, sizes of fixture, and concept according to shopping journey)
  2. Create visual mood boards (colours, typography, imagery, styling) to express campaign look & feel. To assist on create a campaign guideline on proposal stage.
  3. Design campaign layouts & mock-ups across key assets (posters, social, event visuals, POSM, etc.)
  4. Translate marketing briefs into strong visual storytelling and create visuals to enhance overall deck.

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience (1-3 years) as an event designer with a strong portfolio of successful event projects
  2. Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD and SketchUp is a MUST) and rendering software.
  3. Exceptional creativity and design skills, with the ability to translate client briefs into visually stunning event concepts
  4. Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple event timelines and budgets simultaneously
  5. Able to work independently and self-discipline person.
  6. Possess own transport.

Qualification:

  1. Diploma / Degree on Graphic Design and fundamental of marketing & communication skills.
  2. Proficient in design tools - Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator or any others skills set.
  3. Understanding the nuances of print production, including file preparation and color management.
