Summary:
1. Lead Bulk Cable technical organization in Penang (Lab Tech, PDE & MPDEs)
2. Allocates resources, monitors bulk cable NPI schedule, and periodically review cable performance and team's work to ensure timely completion and get excellent performance. 
2. Provide leadership, coaching and training to engineers. 
3. Identifies the priority of new product development potentials to draft process technology roadmaps and key initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Cross-function exchange and collaboration 
1. Lead Bulk Cable technical organization in Penang (Lab Tech, PDE & MPDEs)
    
Resources Allocation and Budget Control
1. Adjust department resources based on work tasks and emergency procedures.
2. Make and control the resource and budget for bulk cable development and further study.
3. Work with Bulk Cable Engineering team include TENB team and TEDG team, support bulk cable NPI/transfer to Penang.    

Developing the team
1. Applies mastery of the bulk cable knowledge and experience to resolving complex issues during the development.
2.Provides training and mentorship to other professional engineers.    

Review and confirm the daily work
1. Review and confirm the team's daily work to ensure the accuracy, include the design, drawing, spec, data and report.
2.Review and confirm the systems and works are comply with TE policy.
3. Handling of emergencies in daily work
    
Key Process Technology Development
Involve and support (including allocate resource and provide advice) key process technology development in order to improve manufacturing efficiency and achieve operation excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in engineering.
• 10 years min. working experience in bulk cable design or manufacturing.
• 3 years team management experience.
• Familiar with bulk cable knowledge, bulk cable manufacturing knowledge and machines knowledge.
• Can work under the deadline pressure.
• Drive for results, good problem solving skills.
• Good communication skill, integrity, accountability and passion, Integrity,  accountability, team work.
• Good communication, interpersonal and management skills
