Summary

The Packing Crew is responsible for assisting in daily product processing and packing operations within the CPPC. This role focuses on ensuring products are packed accurately, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and supporting overall production efficiency.

Key Expectations

• Pack and label products according to standard procedures.
• Handle products carefully to maintain quality and freshness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all hygiene, food safety, and quality standards (MyGAP, Global GAP, Halal).
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment.
• Cooperate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary school education (SPM or equivalent).
• No prior experience required — on-the-job training provided.
• Able to understand and follow instructions.
• Physically fit and willing to work shifts.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
