DTP Supervisor

We are a large-format digital printing company seeking a DTP Supervisor to lead and oversee a team of DTP artists. This role requires strong artwork skills, attention to detail and expertise in print/production processes. You will ensure all designs, artwork, and marketing materials meet brand guidelines and technical specifications while maintaining high-quality output.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the DTP teams, ensuring optimal workload distribution and high performance.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Act as the main contact between the KL team and Hong Kong stakeholders for artwork and production matters.
• Optimize workflows and implement best practices to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest design trends, DTP techniques, and software updates.
• Identify areas for process automation and skill development within the team.
• Require hands on any project and daily job for artwork checking.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for Management Team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DTP and graphic design, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong understanding of print production workflows, color management and file preparation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.
• Language skill in Cantonese and reading Chinese.
