We are looking for Maintenance
Instrument & Electrical Supervisor to further strengthen our Maintenance
Technician.

As a Maintenance Instrument & Electrical Supervisor, you will play
an important role in supervising, coordinating, and
executing all maintenance activities related to instrumentation and electrical
systems in the plant.

Some of your main duties & responsibilities:

Supervision & Leadership

Lead
the instrument and electrical maintenance team in executing daily
maintenance activitiesSupervise
and ensure the quality of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive
Maintenance (PdM), and Corrective Maintenance (CM) tasksPlan,
delegate, and monitor maintenance works based on plant priorities and
operational needsCoordinate
with other departments for maintenance scheduling and support during
operations and shutdownsParticipant
SIM1 and SIM2 meetings to align with operation and maintenance activities

Technical Responsibilities

Calibration and Testing: Oversee the
calibration of instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors,
flowmeters, and level transmittersTroubleshooting: Lead in diagnosing and
resolving issues in instrumentation, PLCs, DCS, SCADA systems, and
electrical panelsInstallation and Commissioning: Supervise the
installation, wiring, and commissioning of control and electrical systemsRBI and Inspections: Execute and lead Risk-Based
Inspections (RBI) for electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure
reliability and safetyProcess Optimization: Provide technical
improvements to enhance plant reliability, efficiency, and energy usageShutdown and RCA: Participate actively
in shutdown planning, execution, and root cause analysis (RCA) for
plant issuesTroubleshoot faults in MCC panels, control systems, PLCs, VSDs, and field instrumentsEnsure compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures, LOTO, and safety regulations

Operations Support

Ensure
proper spare part planning and stock control for electrical and
instrument systemsRespond
to breakdowns and act as part of the on-call duty team to support
24/7 plant operationsEnsure contractors and third parties comply
with Oleon's safety regulations and plant procedures during maintenance work

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure
that all work activities comply with plant safety regulations,
maintenance procedures, and documentation standardsMaintain
records of maintenance history, calibration, testing, and equipment
updates using the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)



You'll succeed if:

You have minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Oleo chemical/chemical process industryYou have strong understanding of Instrument & ElectricalYou have proven leadership skills with the ability to manage group of people and motivate a team effectivelyYou have excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailsYou have computer literate (Microsoft Office, SAP)You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departmentsYou have ability to attend on-call duty if required, or provide remote support when neededYou must be willing to work at Pulau Indah, Port Klang
