Job Description
- Traffic/Highway surveillance to ensure the good functionality of road conditions (24 hours).
- Feedback to Concession Monitoring Department on third party intrusion.
- Co-ordinate with all local enforcers- e.g. Police, Bomba, Ambulance, DBKL, JPJ, etc. on the traffic matters.
- Assist maintenance unit on any traffic diversion for repair work.
- Upkeep inventory record on all traffic signage, cones, barriers, blinkers, etc.
- Good up-keeping on patrol vehicles and its equipment.
- Upkeep daily records of work.
- Prepare accident reports for insurance claims (feed to Admin. & Finance).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly accident reports to MHA.
- Proper and systematic up-keeping of accident photos and files.
- Traffic count as per assignment.
- Prepare patrol and controller team work schedules.
- Attend to an emergency call – 24 hours.
- Any other assignment.
