We're looking for a dynamic
Business Analyst
with a strong background in the
insurance domain
to join our team in
Bukit Jalil

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and define business requirements.
  • Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications (FS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance, testing, validation, and process enhancement.
  • Manage and track change requests (CR) and communicate updates clearly to relevant parties.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and support additional tasks as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
    , with proven exposure to the
    insurance domain
    (must-have).
  • Familiarity with systems such as
    Life/Asia, ICM, and CEP (Marketing Cloud)
    is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • A Diploma/Degree in
    Computer Science, Information Technology
    , or related fields.
