The physical education teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive physical education programs for students of various age groups and skill levels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports, dedicated to student development, and capable of fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate sports programs and training sessions.
  • Provide professional coaching in physical education.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful team culture.
  • Monitor and evaluate student athletes' performance, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
  • Organize and oversee sports events, competitions, and tournaments.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all student athletes during practices, games, and events.
  • Maintain sports equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good condition.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and the community to promote the athletics program.
  • Uphold the school's values and code of conduct in all coaching activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest coaching techniques, sports science, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of SPM or equivalent education qualification.
  • Being able to coach other sports such as badminton or table tennis will be prioritized
  • Certification in coaching from a recognized sports organization.
  • Proven experience coaching at the school or youth level, preferably in an international setting.
  • Strong knowledge of coaching principles, techniques, and strategies in multiple sports.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
