Finance Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to support daily finance operations, ensure accurate financial records, and assist in reporting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions (AP, AR, GL)
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Assist in monthly financial closing and reporting
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • Support audit, tax, and compliance matters
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
  • Good attention to detail and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Senior Finance Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Finance Executive to manage financial reporting, oversee accounting operations, and support management in financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage full set of accounts and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions
  • Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Coordinate audit, tax, and statutory submissions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Guide and support junior finance team members
  • Liaise with auditors, bankers, and external consultants

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
  • Experience handling full set of accounts
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
