  • 新人平均:RM3,000 – RM5,000 / 月
  • 资深专员:RM10,000+ / 月

工作范围 (Responsibilities)

  • 协助客户申请房屋贷款
  • 与银行沟通审批流程
  • 跟进贷款进度,确保顺利放款

任职要求 (Requirements)

  • 中文必备,懂英文/马来文者更佳
  • 具备上进心,追求高收入
  • 良好的沟通能力,愿意学习
  • 仪容整洁,态度端正
  • 会操作电脑,做事细心负责
  • 需自备交通工具(方便拜访客户)
  • 学历:至少 SPM 或以上(欢迎应届毕业生)

Earning Potential

Requirements

  • Mandarin required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients; English & Malay proficiency will be an added advantage.
  • Motivated and income-driven
  • Good communication skills & willingness to learn
  • Clean and professional appearance with good attitude
  • Computer literate
  • detail-oriented person.
  • Own transport (to meet clients)
  • SPM or above (Fresh graduates are welcome)

Job Scope


• Assist clients in applying for home loans


• Liaise with banks for approvals


• Follow up on loan progress until disbursement
