  • · Involve in overall operation of the haulage department.
  • · Handle tasks assigned by supervisors as needed
  • · Handle Document, maintaining database
  • · Responsibilities prepare and handle all necessary related to admin operation and transportation documents to liaise and follow up with the Verifying and sorting all the documentation receiving from drivers (DN & Supporting Order, Receipt of Toll & Diesel)
  • · Handle calculation for driver commission by weekly and monthly.
  • · Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, delivery of proof, work-tickets etc.)
  • · Assist to call drivers or clients for uncompleted documents
  • · Update haulage shipments report into the logistic system
  • · Handle maintenance record of haulage
  • · Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
  • · Comply and perform filing, photocopying & scanning of documents are required
  • · Knowledge using Gussman system will be advantage.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Logistic / Transportation or equivalent.
  • Able to multitask and can work under pressure.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Haulage System.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,400.00 per month
