Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Group Talent Development & Management. This role offers valuable exposure to corporate training coordination and employee development initiatives across different business groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate with various business groups on training-related matters
  • Act as the point of contact for training coordination and HRDC grant-related queries
  • Liaise and follow up with HRDC on any enquiries or grant application matters
  • Draft emails and create posters or visual content for training program communications
  • Assist in setting up training sessions, including logistics and administrative reporting as well as payment follow ups
  • Provide support for training programs and learning initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A team player who is organized, reliable, and eager to learn

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1, RM1,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
