DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

About the role
The Solutions Engineer will undertake the implementation of multiple cybersecurity/network products at the L1/2 level, encompassing tasks such as installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support for the assigned cybersecurity/networks product. This position is ideal for an individual with some basic knowledge to post-sales, networks / cybersecurity, making it an excellent opportunity for those taking their initial steps in their career journey. This role will report to Technical Manager.
As The Solutions Engineer, You Will
- Support calls for L2 troubleshooting
- Handle Project Kick off Meeting
- Mounting / Relocation of cybersecurity equipment
- Configuration of cybersecurity equipment
- Migration of cyber security equipment
- User Acceptance Test
- To draft documentation for project
- Proactively managing customer's expectation
- Knowledge Transfer to the partners or end users
- Involve in the Vendor Training
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- ITE or Diploma in IT/Network related field
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in multitasking and capable of excelling in a fast-paced work environment.
- Capable of performing effectively in high-pressure situations.
