L.V. Chargeman

We are looking for an energetic and innovative new team member to join us as an L.V. Chargeman. Urgently hiring. You are responsible on daily operation and maintenance activities:

• L.V. Chargeman Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in building facilities management or building operations with knowledge of maintenance and services.
• Customer oriented a team player, able to work independently and good interpersonal & leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast changing environment.
• Willing to work on shifts/public holidays/weekends.
• Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan.
• Monitor third party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routines.
• Maintain equipment according to the risk assessment standards and act quickly on any issues.
• Ensure daily maintenance operations are executed in accordance with the maintenance plan.
• To monitor workflow at the project.
• Enjoy working in a team as well as independently.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Posses own transport.
• Performs/supervises repairs & maintenance of all electrical breakdowns of the LV System to high rise residential, commercial or mixed-development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
