We are proud to collaborate with a dedicated design partner supporting a market leader in the iGaming industry, in search of a visionary Head of Product Design. This role reports directly to the Product Director and will lead the design vision and delivery of world-class digital experiences for global audiences.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Product Designers to create world-class, user-centered designs that balance business goals and player delight.
  • Establish and maintain design standards, systems, and best practices that empower designers to deliver consistent and scalable experiences.
  • Provide mentorship and actionable feedback, balancing high-level guidance with hands-on design direction where needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to conceptualize, iterate, and deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Champion user experience excellence, ensuring design intent remains intact throughout the development process.
  • Present design concepts and prototypes clearly to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
  • Oversee the preparation of structured, well-documented design files and supervise their handoff to development.
  • Drive prototype creation (mobile and desktop) to visualize and test user flows, animations, and interactions prior to implementation.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Shape and evolve the overall design vision, ensuring alignment with broader product strategy and system consistency.
  • Contribute to roadmap and UX strategy discussions, providing thoughtful, data-informed design perspectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and design patterns, particularly within iGaming maintain a competitive edge.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and creative excellence within the design function.

Key Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years of hands-on Product Design experience (digital and mobile-first), with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Product Design, Design Manager).
  • Proven record of building and leading multidisciplinary design teams in dynamic digital environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing consumer-facing UX and UI for both web and mobile applications.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a strong plus.
  • Technical literacy (understanding front-end development processes) is advantageous.
