Job Summary

As a Promoter in the baby and maternity section, you'll play a key role in guiding parents and caregivers through their shopping journey. You'll provide product recommendations, demonstrate baby gear and essentials, and ensure a warm, informative experience that builds trust and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers with empathy and product knowledge.
  • Explain features and benefits of baby products (e.g., highchair, bathtub, potty, etc).
  • Offer guidance on age-appropriate items, safety standards, and bundle options.
  • Maintain clean, organized displays and ensure stock is replenished.
  • Achieve sales targets and track customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback on trending products and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with store staff and brand reps during campaigns or launches

Requirements

  • SPM or equivalent; experience in baby retail or parenting-related fields is a plus.
  • Warm, patient, and attentive communication style.
  • Ability to explain product safety, usage, and benefits clearly.
  • Comfortable handling baby gear and demonstrating usage.
  • Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
