Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions.
  2. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient backend code.
  3. Analyze business and technical requirements to develop effective solutions.
  4. Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum environment to understand business domains and client requirements, contributing to architecture, design, and quality deliverables.
  5. Participate in sprint planning and provide accurate effort estimations for new initiatives.
  6. Work closely with internal teams to produce robust software designs and architectures.
  7. Design and implement function-centric and modular solutions.
  8. Define and refactor multi-channel client architectures leveraging containerization and cloud technologies.

  11. Guarantee optimal application performance and user experience.
  12. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  13. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve functional, performance, and security issues.
  14. Take responsibility for project delivery, quality assurance, and meeting timelines.
  15. Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation.
  16. Contribute as a technical expert in digital product/service development, mentor junior developers, and maintain coding standards across teams.
