QA Tester

Responsibilities:

• Test website functions, pages, forms, and responsiveness.
• Test mobile applications on Android and iOS devices.
• Check layout, data accuracy, and functionality after deployment.
• Identify, document, and report bugs or issues to developers.
• Verify fixes and perform re-testing.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers before and after release.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in web or mobile application testing (fresh graduates with strong testing knowledge are welcome).

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of software testing processes, SDLC, and QA methodologies.
• Experience in manual testing of websites and mobile applications.
• Familiar with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox).
• Familiar with mobile device testing on both Android and iOS.
• Experience with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana).
• Basic knowledge of API testing (e.g., Postman).
• (Optional) Basic understanding of automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
• (Optional) Ability to write simple test scripts or use automation frameworks.

Soft Skills

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple test cycles or releases.
• Passionate about improving software quality and user experience.

• Experience in automation testing for web or mobile apps.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.
• Experience testing in Agile/Scrum environments.
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
