Job Description:

Role Overview:
Responsible for leading the marketing strategy and team to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our social app. The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities and ensure alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze web & app user behavior and optimize algorithms
  • Create marketing reports and dashboards for decision-making
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team including SEO, Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Social Media specialists
  • Establish marketing KPIs and track performance against targets
  • Coordinate with Product and Design teams to ensure marketing alignment with app features and updates
  • Oversee marketing budget allocation and optimize ROI across channels
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the social app space
  • Lead brand positioning and messaging strategy
  • Collaborate with Business Development team to support partnership initiatives

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a management role, preferably in mobile apps or social platforms
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement through marketing initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing decision making
  • Experience managing and developing marketing teams
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, paid advertising, social media, and influencer marketing
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends in the social media landscape

Benefits & Details

Working Hour: Monday - Friday (10AM - 7PM)

Salary Range: RM 6,000 - RM 9,000
