QG Inspector (QCl)

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection / approved incoming product / unprocessed / finished product by confirming specification, conducting visual check 100% and recording all inspection data
• Approves incoming materials, CKD part , Purchased part & sub-secondary part by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials

(Incoming QC)

• Monitor, controlled all ON HOLD part. All defect parts must put in Yellow Box & have clear ID marking ( circle ) at the problem area.
• Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm after re-work activities.
• Inform & communicate with leader / superior for any abnormal part or any abnormal issue at line.
• Conduct all sorting activity for any abnormal issue found at process or customer.
• Support leader & Superior in daily operation.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Coach and mentor junior employees, seek opportunities to grow leadership in others.
• Involve and lead in kaizen/small group activities & Perform / compile other miscellaneous duties as assigned by superior.
• Handle and report for any abnormality on equipment to person in charge calibration.
• Do anything as instructed by superior or other leaders with superior aknowledgement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM with grade Pass on Mathematics & English subjects / Certificate related with manufacturing / mechanical field are advantages.
• 1 year in Quality control experience in manufacturing company is preferred.
• Working knowledge of measurement instruments.
• Ability to translate skills and knowledge to others
• General proficiency of Microsoft Excel, Words and Power point.
• Able to work overtime & shift when required and have a valid driving license at least B2
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and teach methodologies
• Ability to tell colors apart
• Physical strength and physical stamina

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
