What you'll achieve

As a Customer/Technical Training Analyst, you will gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration and external stakeholder engagement, with the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects that support business growth and learning.

You will:

  • Support the coordination and execution of external training-related events, webinars, and workshops for partners and customers through content creation, visual designs, simulations, and application development
  • Support visual designs and content for web-related content and social campaigns
  • Ensure effective delivery of training and solutions to support the highest competence given the level of knowledge and skills required.
  • Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions
  • Partners with the business and subject matter experts to assess and customize training based on current and future needs

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Gaming Design or a related field
  • Productivity and excellent communications skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/ problems using multiple sources of information

Desirable Requirements

  • Extend capabilities by working closely with senior staff/experts within and outside the internal organization
  • Regularly interact with colleagues generally up to senior level management
