GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Execute and coordinate nursing administrative tasks, data collections, recruitment and training at Headquarters level for nurses in KPJ hospitals to monitor the safe and high-quality care towards the client according to the policy and procedure of the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plan, organize and coordinate Clinical Meetings to ensure the updates been cascaded down to all KPJ Hospitals nursing division.
  • Gather, process and analyze nursing data, performance and departure from any clinical best practices and clinical incidents are correct, timely manner and appropriate to enhance the nurses to deliver safe and high-quality care to the client.
  • Plan, organize and coordinate workshop and seminar to the nurses in all KPJ Hospitals, to provide knowledge with proper practice in order to deliver safe care to the client.
  • Collaborate with Human Resource Department in recruiting staff nurses, in order to overcome the shortage of nurses in the company.
  • Gather, check and update the Training Manuals, Job Descriptions and policy & Procedure from time to time according to the time frame given by the company
  • Execute a regulation for charge codes for nursing charge in all KPJ Hospitals and evaluate the standard model of charges in nursing practices.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies in nursing services in all KPJ Hospitals and propose the right technologies for enhanced services.
  • Implement initiatives in alternative care delivery models to ensure clinical excellence.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education: Minimum Registered Nurse with preferably Bachelor of Nursing or any post basic related to the field. Master Degree in Nursing Science.
Years of experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a State Registered Nurse

Knowledge and Experiences :

  • Registered Nurse with valid Annual Practice Certificate from Nursing Board Malaysia
  • Experience with the processes and clinical practices and policies in the hospitals, has experience in Hospital Accreditation and other Quality activities, including ISO.
