About the Role:

As a Commis 3, you will assist in daily food preparation and support the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. This role is great for someone passionate about cooking, eager to learn, and ready to build a strong foundation in the culinary field

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in basic food preparation such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients.

Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.

Maintain cleanliness of work areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils.

Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in proper conditions.

Follow all hygiene, health, and safety guidelines in the kitchen.

Support senior kitchen staff in daily operations and during service rush.

Requirements:

Basic culinary skills or relevant kitchen experience preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior chefs.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays

Immediate joiners are an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
