Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and conduct outreach to generate and qualify sales leads.

  • Achieve sales targets as set by the superior.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage monthly AR debtors, including follow-up on overdue payments.

  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.

  • Forecast monthly orders to minimize out-of-stock situations and maintain healthy inventory levels based on AMS.

  • Update customers on monthly promotions and follow up on participation and feedback.

  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia's laws and regulations, as well as company policies (FGV Policy & SOP, DOPSB Policy & SOP, ABMS Policy, and ISO9001).

  • Complete all assigned tasks within the required timelines.

  • Manage B2B sales orders, HQ central purchase orders, and collection requests on a daily basis.

  • Ensure monthly clearance of all AR overdue payments, credit notes, and customer account reconciliations.

  • Monitor and ensure all customer promotional documents are submitted for claims within 60 days of execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.

  • At least 3 years of working experience in a related FMCG sales role.

  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
