Job Scope:

1. Marketing Support

  • Assist in marketing tasks such as campaign planning, content creation, and preparing promotional materials.
  • Support execution of both online and offline marketing activities.
  • Analyze social media insights and provide improvement suggestions.

2. Video Content Creation

  • Appear on camera for company promotional videos, product introductions, tutorials, and other marketing content.
  • Present confidently and naturally in front of the camera.
  • Work with the team to brainstorm and develop video scripts and content ideas.

3. Social Media Management

  • Stay active on the company's social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, XHS, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Create, film, and publish content including short videos and posts.
  • Engage with followers through comments and messages to increase reach and engagement.

4. Communication & Branding

  • Maintain a professional and positive image as a representative of the company.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently when presenting products or information.

5. Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the team.
  • Assist with other marketing and content-related tasks assigned by the management.

Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Active user of social media with awareness of current trends.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management
  • Good command of Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves managing content and communication across diverse audiences
  • Good appearance and confident on-camera presence.
