About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team at IRB Venture Sdn Bhd in Larkin, Johor. As a full-time HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. This is a hands-on role that plays a crucial part in ensuring the comfort and efficiency of our client's facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on HVAC equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems
  • Carry out repair and replacement work on various HVAC components
  • Install new HVAC units and systems as required
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualification in HVAC at least level 4 or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience as an HVAC Technician
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment and systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Must be skilled in multi-angle brazing
  • Possess a valid GDL License is an advantage
