What You'll Do Daily

Content Creation & Visual Production:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for products, campaigns, and social media

• Operate professional photography and videography equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio setup

• Edit content using professional software to produce publication-ready materials

• Create visual assets, graphics, and multimedia content that align with brand aesthetics

Creative Strategy & Campaign Development:

• Conceptualize and develop innovative creative campaigns and content ideas aligned with brand objectives

• Write compelling copy and marketing materials for various platforms and campaigns

• Art direct photo and video shoots to ensure brand consistency and quality standards

• Collaborate with models, makeup artists, and creative professionals during productions

• Execute complete post-production workflow including color correction, retouching, and final editing

• Manage content calendars and posting schedules across social media platforms and digital channels

• Coordinate with external vendors when additional production support is needed

• Review and optimize content performance based on analytics and audience engagement

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communications, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, aesthetic, or lifestyle industries

• Proven track record in content creation, campaign management, and creative development

• Hands-on video editing experience with ability to produce engaging short-form and long-form content

• Basic understanding of video production processes and requirements
