• Lead and mentor team members across various technical domains to optimize team performance in delivering high-quality products and services aligned with business requirements.

• Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback to uphold best practices and identify areas for process and quality improvements.

• Apply design thinking and agile methodologies—such as test-driven development, continuous integration/delivery, and collaborative programming—to effectively solve user and business challenges.

• Clearly define and communicate goals, metrics, functional requirements, and technical specifications for modules or system components.

• Provide technical guidance to influence key business decisions in areas such as solutioning, performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

• Stay informed on emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends, and communicate relevant insights to stakeholders for strategic planning and demonstrations.

• Carry out other duties as assigned by management in line with the role, contributing to the successful implementation and continual improvement of the organization's Quality Management System.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.

• Preferable with at least 5 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.

• Proficient in Python (Required), with hands-on experience across the LLM toolchain including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Pinecone), and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex). Strong foundation in API design, data processing, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms is a plus.

• Knowledge of technical know-how and professional software engineering best practices for the full software development lifecycle

• Well-versed with the latest trends in coding, standards, and security settings

• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, building partnerships, and managing and interacting with clients and internal stakeholders of different levels

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
