IT Specialist

Position : Presales IT Specialist

Salary : up to RM6500

Location : Kepong Kuala Lumpur

Working Days / Time : 8.30am – 5.30pm / Mon – Fri

Responsibility

· Keep updated on industry standards, trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the IT sector.

· Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges and objectives.

· Work with Sales and System Support teams to analyze the needs of customers and propose suitable customized solutions.

· Multitask and manage multiple customer profiles to prepare and review proposals for as well as creating technical documentations for other parties to follow-up with.

· Regularly collaborate with and educate various internal and external parties to improve the quality of solution proposals.

· Conduct solution demonstrations.

· Any other projects assign by Management from time to time.

Requirement

· Candidate with at least diploma or degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field.

· At least 2 - 3 years working experience in the related field.

· Proven experience in pre-sales or technical role within the IT industry.

· Familiarity with IT products and services, such as IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cyber security, POS Systems.

· Previous experience in systems engineering or technical consulting and SQL is advantageous.

· Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM6,500.00 per month
