The Cleaner cum Tea Lady is responsible for keeping offices, production or other public areas neat and organized. His/her main duties include sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, dusting countertops, ceilings and furniture and sanitizing rest room, kitchens or other public areas.

Job Description:

1. General Responsibilities

1.4.1 To ensure all activities are in compliance with the International Management System Standards, i.e. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

1.4.2 To fully use PPE supplied by management.

1.4.3 To maintain some adequate 5S housekeeping standards.

1.4.4 Cleaner Duties

  • Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs.
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms.
  • Cooperate with the rest of the employees.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.

1.4.5 Tea Lady Duties

a) Takes orders for tea and coffee.

b) Makes tea and coffee.

c) Delivers drinks to staff members.

d) Collects all the cups and washes them.

e) Dries crockery and puts it away.

f) Makes sure kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times.

g) Keeps stock of beverages, sugar, milk etc.

h) Orders new stock when necessary.

Perform any other duties assigned by the management with full accountability and responsibility from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
