Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing, sorting, and preparing physical documents for scanning.
  • Perform high-quality document scanning using designated scanning equipment and software.
  • Ensure scanned images are clear, complete, and properly indexed according to file naming conventions.
  • Conduct quality checks to verify accuracy and completeness of scanned documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the process.
  • Assist in labeling, archiving, and safe storage/disposal of physical documents after scanning.
  • Support team members in tracking progress and reporting daily output or issues encountered.
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
