Coding Instructor

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Coding Instructor to join our team, delivering online classes. The ideal candidate will inspire and mentor students, guiding them through our curriculum and equipping them with the skills necessary to thrive in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Online Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive coding classes online, ensuring a consistent and high-quality learning experience across both formats.

• Mentorship: Provide individualized support and mentorship to students, helping them overcome challenges and understand complex coding concepts.

• Assessment: Monitor student progress, assess their understanding, and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

• Curriculum Revamp: Work closely with the team leader to lead the redesign and improvement of the Bootcamp curriculum. This includes restructuring content flow, enhancing learning outcomes, and aligning lessons with current industry needs and student feedback.

• Community Building: Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment, encouraging peer-to-peer learning and networking.

• Tech Industry Insights: Share industry knowledge and real-world experiences to help students understand current trends and best practices in software development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Proficiency in full-stack development, with expertise in languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, React, , and others relevant to our curriculum.

• Prior teaching or mentoring experience in a coding bootcamp, academic institution, or similar setting is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, ensuring that all students are able to succeed.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple classes and student groups simultaneously.
