Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experience Front-End Developer to join our innovative development team. As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of user-facing applications, ensuring an exceptional user experience, and mentoring junior developers. You will collaborate closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers and others to create high-performance, responsive, and visually appealing applications.

Job Description:

1. Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and efficient frontend architectures.
2. Translate design prototypes and wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices and platforms.
3. Utilize advanced JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, ) to build dynamic and responsive web applications.
4. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring that the frontend codebase is clean, modular, and reusable.
5. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs across multiple browsers and platforms, addressing compatibility issues as they arise.
6. Conduct thorough code reviews, maintaining high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
7. Mentor and guide junior frontend developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
8. Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend code with backend APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
9. Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks, debugging issues to ensure a bug-free, stable user experience.
10. Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and drive the adoption of best practices within the team.
11. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company/Superior.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in Front-End development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
3. Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ and modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or
4. Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processing platforms like SASS or LESS.
5. Proven experience in building responsive and adaptive web applications, with a focus on mobile-first design.
6. Expertise in version control systems like Git, with experience in branching, merging, and pull request workflows.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex frontend issues.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
9. Experience working in Agile development environment, with knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
10. Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines tools such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/Yarn.
11. Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
12. Extensive experience with , Angular, or and familiarity with their ecosystems.
13. Proficiency in state management libraries like Redux, Vuex, or NgRx.
14. Understanding of web accessibility standards (WVAG) and experience implementing accessible design practices.
