About the role

MILDEF INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD' is seeking an experienced Executive Aftersale to join our team in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our Automotive Engineering operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional after-sales service and support to our customers
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinating with the technical team to diagnose and resolve product issues
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of customer-focused initiatives
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar aftersales or customer service role, preferably within the Automotive Engineering industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation
  • Familiarity with automotive parts and services
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
