Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or any relevant field.

* Proficiency in both Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written) is essential. Our market is predominantly Mandarin-speaking, but we serve a national audience—dual-language fluency is critical.

* Experience in writing persuasive, engaging, and scroll-stopping content ("salsa-style copy") is a strong advantage.

* We don't want dry writing. We want punchy, rhythmic, emotionally resonant words.

* Bonus if you have experience writing TikTok hooks, Facebook ads, landing pages, or social video scripts.

* Fresh graduates are welcome, but you must be ready for a fast-paced, high-demand learning environment.

* Experience not required—we value raw talent, strong initiative, and exceptional resilience.

* Ability to manage multiple content formats (video, graphic, caption, ad copy) across platforms.

Responsibilities:

* Develop & Execute Digital Marketing Strategies Design and run high-impact digital campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Google. You will be expected to push the envelope with bold, measurable strategies.

* Create & Manage Content in Mandarin and Malay Write compelling social media posts, landing pages, ads, and email content in both Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Language tone must fit the platform and audience segment.

* Social Media Management Drive engagement through fresh content ideas, timely responses, and smart community interaction. TikTok and Facebook are your battlefield.

* Analytics & Reporting Monitor and analyze performance via tools like Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics. Make sharp, data-driven decisions to improve campaign ROI.

* Collaborate Across Departments Work closely with our sales, product, and support teams. Your ability to translate marketing into real business results is key.
