Key Responsibilities / Authority主要职责/权限:

· Troubleshoot and solve issues encountered in daily business operations by providing effective solutions, assess and diagnose nature of problem.通过提供有效的解决方案,评估和诊断问题的性质来解决和解决日常业务运营中遇到的问题。

· Ensure the IT Infrastructure (network/servers/workstations) are in good health condition.

确保IT基础结构(网络/服务器/工作站)处于良好状态。

· Monitor and ensure the up time, performance, resources and security of servers.

· Setup windows, configure and install new hardware and software.

· To provide ERP system , Application and hardware support to end users.

为所有职员提供ERP系统,应用程序和硬件的支持。

· To provide periodically system health check and maintenance on IT hardware.

定期提供IT硬件的系统运行状况检查和维护。

Qualification & Requirement: 资格需求:

·     Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 能够用英语和马来西亚语进行交流。

·     At least 1 years of working experience in the related field. 在相关领域至少1年的工作经验。

Skill

·     Well-verse in Microsoft product such as Windows 7 or 10, server, familiar with skills set in Outlook and Words. 精通Microsoft产品(例如Windows 7或10)服务器,熟悉Outlook和Words中设置的技能。

·     Experience in troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software faults. 具有对系统和网络问题进行故障排除,诊断和解决硬件/软件故障的经验。
