  • Oversee stock replenishment and billing for distributor orders.

  • Log, track, and follow up on customer complaints to ensure timely resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and GDPMD guidelines.

  • Perform other assigned administrative or operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service or call centers within the banking or healthcare sectors.
  • Proven experience handling B2B customers with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
  • Able to manage tight deadlines while maintaining service quality and professionalism.
  • Must be able to speak Mandarin
