Key Responsibilities:1. Daily Shop Operations

  • Greet and attend to walk-in customers
  • Organize inventory and maintain cleanliness of the shop
  • Prepare customer gift orders according to specifications

2. E-Commerce Management

  • Pack and process daily orders from Shopee & TikTok
  • Organize parcels based on delivery schedules

3. Marketing & Social Media

  • Assist in content planning and creation for social media
  • Produce videos, posters, and promotional graphics
  • Schedule and post on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Support and participate in TikTok Live sessions (if required)

4. Events & Outdoor Activities

  • Assist in managing event booths or roadshows
  • Be willing to travel and work at external events (e.g. expos, carnivals)

Requirements:

  • Female, aged 18–28 years old
  • Minimum SPM (high school certificate)
  • Friendly personality, honest, responsible & trustworthy
  • Able to work in a team and independently
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel; Canva is a plus)
  • Own transportation is required

Salary & Benefits:

  • RM1,500 – RM1,800 (depending on experience)
  • Allowance & performance incentives provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
