Job Brief:
This is a Customer Services position. A Call Center Representative helps customers with their questions and addresses issues regarding products or services. They are responsible for customers' inquiries or concerns via emails and chat. They will be supporting local customers in Bahasa and English. Job will be located in Bandar Sunway.
Intake Date: 10th November
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quality non -voice customer support (24/7) for our customers.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Take extra mile to engage customers.
- To meet / exceed agreed productivity and quality standards (eg: quality call monitoring and customer satisfaction monitors).
- Identify and maximize upselling and cross selling sales opportunities
Job Requirements:
- Candidate should be Malaysians citizens
- Candidate should possess a SPM, Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Master's Degree or equivalent in All Business Field
- Willing to work in a rotation shift environment (24/7 operations)
- Good Communication Skills: Language proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers.
- Customer Service Skills: A solid foundation in providing excellent customer care.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year working in a Contact Center environment.
- Sales Capability: Ability and willingness to up-sell and cross-sell during inbound calls (e.g. promoting Maxis Home Fibre, upgrading mobile plans).
- Digital Literacy: Basic knowledge of digital tools and platforms (App, WhatsApp, ChatBOT platforms, etc)
- Technical Support Skills: Basic troubleshooting and technical support knowledge would be an advantage.
