About the Role

We're looking for a
dynamic and experienced Team Leader
to oversee daily operations for our
E-commerce support team
under a global BPO company. You'll play a key role in driving team performance, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining service delivery standards for one of the world's leading online retail platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives supporting E-commerce clients.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure SLAs and KPIs (AHT, CSAT, QA scores, etc.) are consistently achieved.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve service efficiency.
  • Handle escalations and provide effective solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management on team progress and challenges.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives for new team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    2–3 years of experience in BPO operations
    , with at least
    1 year in a Team Leader or supervisory role
    (E-commerce project experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of customer service operations and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Flexible with work shifts based on business needs.
  • Fluency in Mandarin / Cantonese Language (Verbal and Written)
