About the Role

ROOTS F&B (KL) SDN BHD is looking for a passionate and experienced Outlet Supervisor / Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic café and restaurant environment, supporting daily operations and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

Position level and salary will be based on experience and performance during the interview.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervise and lead the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Assist in inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the outlet.
  • Ensure service flow and presentation meet company standards.
  • Train and motivate team members to achieve KPIs and service goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in café, bistro, or restaurant operations.
  • Prior experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, hands-on attitude with strong teamwork spirit.
  • Malaysian candidates only.
